The service on my first C43 was great although they are very busy and it is sometimes a hassle to have to wait for an appointment time to open up. Which I find is very typical everywhere we go these days. I look forward to car number three and working with with them to get that 50% off when you buy three deal !! LOL

My vehicle required major engine repair recently. It was in the shop four weeks-which was not inconvenient because MBPALMSPRINGS provided a loaner. When I got my car back, I had a five page service report to read. I had questions. I went back to see my service advisor. The Service Department Manager, Michael Labrecque, received me in his office, went over the work that was done, answered all my questions in detail, and explained things in a reassuring and calm way. Headed home in my wife New 580s we developed (blew) a tire because of a grove in I70. Had car towed to Denver 188 miles. Huge tow bill. Denver dealer kind of said tough luck. Called Gary service manager got involved. Can see why service rating is so great for dealership

My salesman Andrew Mortimer-Lamb was superb. I have purchased 5 Mercedes-Benz in the last 11 years. The guy whom I had dealt for the last 11 years at another dealership has retired. I know exactly what I want. I tried dealing with the '"new" replacement at my old Mercedes dealer and it went horrible. I tried 4 other dealers and got the run around and spent a fair amount of time. This automobile is without a doubt the best that I have ever owned. The inside is wonderfully set up with maximum comfort for rear seat passengers. The drivers seat is very comfortable as is the passengers seat. The controls are sensibly arranged for easy access. I love the way it drives steers and brakes. Everything about this car is occupant pleasing. I traded in a Porsche Panamera and am completely satisfied that I made the right decision.

great experience purchasing the GLE 350 but noticed a tare in the sun screen, they imediately took the car in had it for 3 days could not get the parts. had a terrible time trying to reach the service tech to try and get info on return of the car. finally delivered a loaner but still could not reach service tech regarding time frames.

Just purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2018 GLC300 from Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs. My sales rep was Cody Vera and he did a fantastic job of answering all of my questions and facilitating the sale process. The whole process was completed in about two hours ( I test drove two cars during that time frame as well. ) I am a little disappointed with one item. The car listing online stated one of the options with the car was that it had a hands free lift gate and it didn't. The dealer should be more accurate on listing the correct options.
