SMS/Text Message Terms & Conditions
By opting into SMS/text messaging programs operated by indiGO Auto Group and its affiliated dealerships ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these SMS Terms and our full Privacy Policy.
- Program Description & Consent: Message frequency varies. Text messages may include transactional updates (scheduling appointments, test drives, and 1-on-1 vehicle maintenance conversations) or occasional promotional and marketing messages. Consent to receive text messages is completely voluntary and is not a condition of purchase for any vehicle, goods, or services. For EU/UK residents, opting in constitutes your explicit consent to process your mobile data.
- Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number or short code from which you received the message. After you send STOP, we will send you a single SMS message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific program unless you choose to opt back in.
- Support (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for instructions, or contact us directly at privacy@pon.com or 832-440-7605.
- Rates & Liability: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy & Carrier Compliance: We respect your data. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent data will be shared with third parties, partners, or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
